Student Leadership (ASB)

ASB, or student Leadership class, promote a positive culture on the Monte Vista school campus. They are responsible for arranging Friday Fun Days, helping with school events, selling snacks during nutrition, and helping eighth grade students defray the cost of the graduation trip by offering scholarships; each year the Leadership class traditionally offers a lasting "gift" to the school which will benefit the school and cement their legacy. Most importantly, Leadership students model school connectedness, friendliness, respect for others, community action, empathy, and inclusiveness.
